Residential Virtual Tours + Floor Plans

Contributions & Deliverables:

• Translating briefs and construction drawings from clients

• 3D modeling, sourcing and staging apartments, and single-family homes based on provided floor plans

• Rendered Virtual Tours

• Rendered still images

In collaboration with my client, a digital marketing firm, I’m responsible for creating detailed, photo-realistic virtual tours and renderings of multiple apartment floor plans within for new multi-million dollar developments. This grants our real estate developer clients the advantage of marketing and pre-leasing of units before construction has been completed.

Modeling with SketchUp and rendering with Enscape, I’m responsible for building custom casework, fixtures, and furniture, and sourcing art and decor to stage each model, as established in the project brief, or provided ff&e schedules. Details make the difference in presenting a space that people can envision themselves living and thriving within. I love playing a part in people building their homes!
